This is my first holiday in the Unite States. Even through the feeling that the holiday gives to me is so boring and strange, it teach me a lot of things. So, not so bad.
why I say it boring? Because, it is winter and the snow is so strong. If you don't have a car, I have to say that you can not to do anything but stay at home.
why I say it strange? Did you see raining in the winter? If you didn't, you came to the right place. Here, you could see the strange nature weather. I remembered that day when I wake up as usual, I went to open my window, and suddenly, I found out that there is no snow at all. How did it happened? I mean, yesterday, the roads deep in snow. But, just one night all snow disappeared. It sound like crazy, but it is true. It like spring outside. The weather is warm without snow. Then I found out that there was a heave rain last night. It made the snow disappeared. why it rains in the winter? Finally, I knew the answer that because of the place where we lived is near by the Michigan Lake, and this lake won't be freezed in the winter, it will take and hode a lot of moisture in the air, and the moisture will be holder bigger and heavier, when it is heavy and big enough, the rain will falling down.
It sounds like strange but it is true and normal nature weather. I like it because change always make the things different, colorful and with a lot of mysterious. That makes people have interesting on it and that is its power and charming point.

I know that day which is wormmer than normal. A friend of mine went out just with a T-shirt at that day. It is weird that first day poeple wear their thick coat then in T-shirt at the same place next day. However, there are a lot of fun in the winter also. We can make snow man or a big big snow ball. Also people could ski somewhere. Everything has passive side and postive side. We should see both of them.
ReplyDeleteI love winter, but i have never seem such a heavy snow like this. I still think that winter with snow means a great year, right? Taking good care of urself and have a great winter and semester. In addition, new year is coming. Wish you have a great luck in the new year and successfully pass the ELP cause

Before I came here I had never seen such a heavy snow like this. Snow makes me hard to go to campus. I hate the cold weather here. however, Winter in here is very beautiful. everything turns white and clean. In china, a heavy snow is the symbol a great harvest
